Here are some important updates as we approach the end of 2025 and the Festive Season:
Festive Season Gifting & Final Shipping Date
Many of our clients enjoy giving the gift of wealth each year. Our full range of products are available here.
The final shipping date for pre-Christmas Day delivery is Thursday 18th December - orders need to be completed and paid by this date. We are happy to take orders for delivery after this date but are unable to guarantee they will be received ahead of Christmas Day.
Online purchases can be collected in store until 3.00pm, Tuesday 23rd December 2025.
Global Flagship Store Open Hours over the Holiday Period:
Wednesday 24th December 2025 - 8:30am-3:00pm
Thursday 25th December - Sunday 28th December - Closed
Monday 29th December - 8:30am - 5:00pm
Tuesday 30th December - 8:30am - 5:00pm
Wednesday 31st December 2025 - 8:30am-3:00pm
Thursday 1st January - Sunday 4th January 2026 - Closed
Monday 5th January 2026 - 8:30am - 5:00pm
State Offices Closure & Re-open Dates:
State showrooms in Melbourne, Perth and Brisbane will close at 2:00pm on Wednesday 24th December 2025.
All state showrooms will re-open on Wednesday 7th January 2026 at 8.30am.
Note that no products will be dispatched, and we are unable to facilitate product collections during the period our showrooms are closed.
