Known as the “Festival of Lights”, Diwali is the largest festival for the Hindu community all over the world, including here in Australia.

Dhanteras is the first day which marks the start of the five-day Diwali festival, and is considered an auspicious day for the Hindu community to make new purchases, particularly gold and silver items.

To assist our clients with Diwali purchases on Dhanteras, our Sydney office will be open for extended trading hours on Friday 25th October 2019, from 8:00am to 6:30pm.

Dhanteras is ABC Bullion’s busiest trading day of the year and as with every Dhanteras, we expect an extremely high number of walk-in clients on this day. If you plan on visiting or calling the Sydney office on this day, please bear in mind that there may be a short wait before our team are able to assist you with your purchases, buy-backs or other enquiries. We have also allocated extra staff on this day to assist with queries, so your patience and understanding during this busy period would be much appreciated.
